Each Well Gifted box is thoughtfully curated and packed with care. Because of the unique and perishable nature of many of our items, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds on gift boxes once they’ve shipped.
We want every gift to arrive looking as beautiful as it left our studio. If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
In the same condition you received them
In their original packaging
Mahjong tile sets: if the factory shrink wrap on the tiles has been opened or removed, the set is not eligible for return.
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item arrives to us in damaged condition, the return will not be accepted and returned to you.

Once approved, Return shipping costs will be paid for by the purchaser. Return shipping label will be provided if the return is a result of a damaged product or error on our part.

Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days from the time of receipt at hello@shopwellgifted.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.
Plese Note:We follow our manufacturers’ standards when evaluating product condition and return eligibility. Minor variations or imperfections that are deemed acceptable by the manufacturer—and do not affect the functionality or gameplay of an item (including mahjong tiles)—are not considered damaged or defective and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges are not supported at this time. Please return original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
